- Cancellations received in writing ten (10) days prior to the event are fully refundable, less a $25 processing fee. Submit by email to
info@seasonedpro.com. Cancellations received nine (9) or fewer business days before the event are non refundable, but transferable. Send name of person you are transferring registration to info@seasonedpro.com.
- PayPal is used to process your electronic registration. PayPal does not accept all types of American Express CORPORATE cards. If your Amex card does not work, we suggest you use a Visa or MasterCard for the purchase.
- PayPal will issue you an electronic ticket. Please print and bring to the event. No other paper tickets will be issued. If you use a credit card, the transaction will appear on your bill as "PayPal seasonedPRO."
- For those of you who prefer to pay by credit card over the phone, or experienced a problem using PayPal, you can register by calling seasonedPRO customer service at (310) 855-1064 x 101 or email info@seasonedpro.com.
- For those who prefer to register by mail, please send check made out to
seasonedPRO for the correct amount and include your full contact information, including email. Mail to: seasonedPRO, 8491 West Sunset Boulevard, Suite 750, West Hollywood, CA 90069. Payment must be postmarked prior to the reduced discount rate date. In addition, please email info@seasonedpro.com to notify us that you are sending a check so that we can prepare your conference materials.
